We have lived at this house for $2,000 a month. 
They have never fixed anything in this house and when we told them there are rats running in the back yard chewing holes through the screen and drinking out of the pool there only response was well then you better set some traps. The landlord won't return phone calls or text and M.E Good Reality has been nothing but rude and treat their renters like low lives. We had to threaten them with our attorney to even get them to budge with fixing the house. So word of advice if you ever think of renting from this company you better have a good attorney.

I had a great experience with Margaret and her team. Eventually we need the hot water tank fixed, a new stove and the AC fixed. All were done promptly without question. When our lease was over we got exactly what we expected from our deposit.

Complete and utter waste of my time, don't make the same mistake I did. Told them my whole income and situation from the very beginning only to get strung along all day, fill out their paperwork for no reason and ultimately get disrespected and hung up on. Will be bringing my money elsewhere and recommend the same to anyone else.

The worst, most rude people that work for this company, I don't know what it is about these people but they need some etiquette classes and customer service classes. I wouldn't use these people even if they paid me. Horrible, horrible company. I am only giving 1 star because I have to. Do not waste your time!!

I contacted realtor MaryAlice Johnson about a rental I was interested in after asking a few basic questions she informed me that I did not have enough income for that property. When I informed her that I also had additional income and great rental history she didn't even bother to ask any questions but she continued to send rude emails and lectures. She was very unprofessional and rude and clearly not a good professional realtor. M E Good Realty sounds like a fly by night company and you would probably be much better off using a good quality company. I've used 3 excellent realtors with Illustrated Properties and will continue to do so.
