I had a decent experience with esthetician who provides laser service however the rules of this business are very strict and rigid. I have received no reminder appointment call and was late precisely for 9 minutes which led to cancellation of my appointment once i have arrived without any notice. There are nowhere in the policy of this place states about 9 minutes cancellation. There were a few times at least when i arrived on time and had to wait till previous client completes the procedure. I feel very frustrated that i had to spend time to commute for 1/2 h each way just to find out that i cant receive the service i was scheduled for.

Experience was TERRIBLE.    I am in a wheelchair, which I told the receptionist when I made the appointment. Before I was off the paratransit bus she came outside and told me they could not accommodate me. I insisted on going inside to talk with the technician. I was told I couldn't go down the hallway (I did),  fit into the treatment room (I did) or get on the treatment table (I did). At this point they half-heartedly said I could have the microderm treatment, but I was not about to them work on me after all this resistance.  I returned to the waiting room to call a bus and leave , and while I was waiting I attempted to look at their licenses. At that point the receptionist called the police to have me removed. The officer declined because it was cool and I had no jacket. He did warn me, however, not to create any more problems for the staff. No treatment, lousy customer service--possibly illegal.
