I called them "cold" after 8:pm for a frozen pipe problem - I knew (and was fine with) them not coming to fix it that night, but they were right there the next morning, fixed it and it's been great since they recognized a "fix" for the problem so it's not happened again.  Another issue regarding an outside spigot - fixed it as per our appointment, again, great work. I recommend them.

We scheduled with this company to have work done prior to getting our gas stove delivered and they were kind enough to agree to do a Saturday.  The range was to be delivered that day so we were trying to coordinate the work with the stove arriving.   3 days prior they tell  us they have to cancel! We had to go through SO much to delay our stove being delivered including going into 2 best buy stores.  Today they were suppose to come back to do the work and were told they needed to be here FIRST THING as we had to leave for an appointment - 10am and they were still NOT here.  Needless to say we are going with someone else.  
The first time we used this company they did the work ok, but we needed a bill from them with a written statement on it as to the condition of our furnace (which they said they could do). It took 5 phone calls and 3 months to get the bill and then they did not provide the statement we needed on the bill as we requested. 
To say the least - dealing with this company was frustrating.
