From the electrical codes and expected standards our generator was installed with no problems, however the electrician refused to provided any documentation, e.g. invoice showing estimated cost and eventual full payment.  Also given no written information regarding manufacturer warranty - standard or available extended version.  He gave us a set day and time to provide first required maintenance, failed to arrive and did not answer a telephone request to explain.  A good electrician but questionable customer care-service-satisfaction-follow up  businessman.  Were it not for my cancelled checks - promptly deposited - I would have no record of my purchase. He is much to be desired  in realizing that there is more to running a business than just the physical equipment installation aspect - - customer CARE.
