Our experience at Shannon's was amazing. Tan, the owner and goldsmith, was the real MVP for my husband and I! We visited the shop several weeks ago, because the diamond in my engagement ring had recently become loose. Shannon's Fine Jewelry was recommended to us, so we contacted the shop about two weeks before leaving for a trip overseas, wondering if it would be possible for my ring to be fixed before we left, and Tan assured us he would do everything possible to have the ring back in time for me to wear it on the trip. He explained in detail what was wrong with the setting of the ring, and what he could do to fix it. Even though the shop was quite busy, and our request came with not very much time to work with, Tan made sure to have my engagement ring ready to go almost a week before we departed. It looks beautiful, and I feel so much safer wearing it now knowing that the problem has been fixed and the diamond is secure. A huge thank you to Tan and the rest of the team at Shannon's!

Tan the Jeweler and goldsmith is fantastic. He provides high quality, timely,  professional service at reasonable prices with a high emphasis on providing high quality customer service. The store is easy to get to, with free parking and none of the hassles associated with shopping in Burlington. I highly recommend Shannon’ Fine Jewelry.

Went to have my wedding band re-sized and was delighted with the whole experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and patient. They also have beautiful jewelry! I will absolutely be back for any other future jewelry needs.

The staff at Shannon's helped me navigate what can be a very overwhelming process of buying an engagement ring with ease, expertise, and grace. Tan, the owner and head jeweler, stated up-front that they would work hard to help me find the ring that I and my significant other would be 100% satisfied with. Both of the staff that I worked with: Casey and Ryan, were friendly and professional as they assisted me and educated me about settings and diamonds. Because of their excellent service and knowledge I decided before I bought the ring that they were my jeweler, as they were serving me as their customer so well. I ended up finding a setting online that I really loved, and after showing it to Tan he was able to essentially match the setting! I was very pleased with how the ring came out, and I saved big time by not buying the name-brand ring. Perhaps the most helpful thing I appreciated in the process was that I could communicate with Tan and the other staff through texting. There's nothing that can beat a personal, local jeweler who is available in that way! Lastly, Tan worked extremely hard to meet my time-frame. I was at a wedding out-of-state and would fly in on Saturday night. My hope was that after meeting with Tan that same week Tuesday, that he would be able to order the pieces and create my ring before Sunday when I planned to propose. However, due to my being out of town I wasn't going to be able to meet him at the store during regular business hours. He was flexible and agreed to meet me outside the store early on a Sunday morning off the clock so that I could purchase the ring and deliver it according to plan on Sunday afternoon. His kindness helped make my big day a great success, and I have all of the wonderful memories of that day because this jewelry team is a winner. Thanks to everyone at Shannon's! I will be back to buy our wedding bands, and likely future jewelry for my soon-to-be bride, and would highly recommend any who are considering buying jewelry to stop by Shannon's in Essex and meet Tan and the team. You won't be disappointed.

I had to get my ring resized and Tan did an absolute amazing job!! He was so great to work with and finished in less time than what he originally told me.

Tan is the absolute best and the one I trust most with my engagement ring. He resized my difficult thin band perfectly, you’d never know it was adjusted. I also just recently stopped in to ask if he could do a ring cleaning for me this week. He did it right on the spot free of charge. Always recommend Shannon’s and especially Tan.

This place also does watch repair and maintenance. I have a watch I haven't worn back from 2013. The straps were looking worn out and the battery was dead, wasn't sure if it would even turn back on. Tan the owner was able to assist me with getting the battery replaced and gave impartial advice on the whether I should replace the strap or not. I walked out with a working watch, looking almost brand new  with some new leather straps. All that in under 30 minutes and it cost me a little over $50. Thanks again Tan!!!

I brought this much loved bracelet to Tan with a cracked stone. He was able to replace the turquoise piece beautifully. The cost was reasonable and the work done quickly. Thanks Tan!

I stopped into Shannon's because my watch band broke. They were super-friendly and quick and in 5 minutes, I was on my way with my repaired watchband. The woman who waited on me explained that they do their jewelry repairs onsite, which seems to be rare today. The price for the repair was very reasonable.  For the few minutes I waited for the repair, I browsed their selection and found that they had high quality new and vintage jewelry. I definitely recommend Shannon's for a jewelry and watch repair as well as their selection of fine jewelry.

I had a couple of rings resized by Tan. The process was swift and easy, and the rings look perfect. He did an amazing job. Highly recommend this business!
