I hired Southeast Washington Handyman based on all the wonderful and positives reviews i read. I had the handyman install blinds and some new light fixtures throughout my home. He did not disappoint! Thanks again!!

I had standing water in my tub and I tried everything to fix the problem on my own but I failed. Upon during a quick Google search I found Mr . John Brinkley of  M & M handyman services. When I called, Mr. Brinkley was prompt not only did he answer my questions he also made every attempt to help me fix the problem OVER the phone without coming to my home. Unfortunately, I was not able to snake my tub properly to clear the drain and called Mr. Brinkley back who was more than willing to come out to my home after 8:30 pm on a Thursday night. Once he arrived to my home he went straight to work and fixed the problem all within 10 minutes of arriving! Mr. Brinkley was easy to schedule a same day appointment with and he was very fair with his pricing. I would definitely and highly recommend him to anyone seeking plumbing services and use him again for my home repair service(s).

This guy is totally unreliable and a liar.  I have an elderly tenant in a rental property where I need work done.  I scheduled with John for a specific time and date, and he never showed.  When I called him that afternoon to ask why he didn't show, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about.  We rescheduled for the next day at 10am.  I even called him the following morning at 9:15am to confirm he would be there to meet the tenant, and he said he would be.  Didn't show again.  Made this woman wait all day.  I have called him 5-10 times since they, and now he doesn't answer his phone.  This is the kind of guy who gives contractors a bad reputation.

He’s a nice guy, timely too... but he doesn’t take pride in his work... left trash on the floor, paint on the toilet, and just didn’t do what I expected for the price...
