We called the top 5 roofing companies using Google reviews to get estimates to replace our sunroof. M.R. Plank was the only company willing to come out quickly.  Mike came out and spoke with us and explained the procedure and the price. My husband and I were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. The workers came out quickly and replaced the skylight. They were all very courteous and respectful. They worked efficiently and did quality work! They cleaned the work area up with care and we greatly appreciated it! We would highly recommend M.R. Plank!

We have been a satisfied customer with M.R. Plank for over 20 years. We have had 2 roofs installed. They are very professional. Great staff. Last year we had a neighbors tree fall on our garage, we called M.R. Plank, they were wonderful, came out fast to get things going. I'm so happy that we selected M.R. Plank to work on our property.  Mike, my sales contact, was responsive, courteous, and very informative.  The workmanship was great.  Communication was excellent.  Price was very competitive in comparison to others who quoted the job.  They performed a replaced the roof, gutters, and downspouts on our shed.  They also installed leaf guards in the new gutters and in existing gutters on our 3-seasons room.  Job was completed within 2 weeks of contract acceptance with no issues at all.  I would recommend M.R. Plank to everyone, without hesitation, and we will be using them again in the future.

We recently moved from out of state into a lovely home in Summit County. After some significant rainfall, I noticed "paint bubbles" close to our fireplace. M.R. Plank was SUPERB!  Everything was great from start to finish.  Brian was terrific to work with!  He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our many questions and went above and beyond!  He brought out actual full size shingles when we were having a difficult time deciding on what color we wanted.  He also showed us several houses that they had recently done in our area with the colors we were considering. The installation team was exceptional also.  They arrived before dawn and readied their equipment & crew. At the first sign of daylight they were on the roof!  They were thorough, courteous and professional.  They completed the job in one day and also cleaned up all of the debris from their work area and the yard.  They even went over the lawn and flower beds to make sure there were no nails or other materials left behind with a large industrial magnet metal detector!  We really appreciated it since we have two dogs but it's part of their routine that they do for all their customers.  We LOVE our roof and could not be happier!  Highly Recommend M.R. they just finished roof on my daughters house in Medina.  They were great!! They finished job in 1 day and brought extra help to do it.  Couldn't say any better things about them, price was competitive, sales person was great and helpful!!  You need to use this company you won't be disappointed.!!

We talked to about 5 companies and decided to go with Mr. Plank.  The crew was great, they were professional, courteous cleaned up and we were happy with the look of the roof and the people that installed it.  Thank you all again.    The best Easter  present we could get.  Richard and Andrea

M.R. Plank Roofing were very professional and  I feel they went above and beyond. They also made sure that all nails and roofing, debris was picked up. In addition, they trimmed the branches away from the roof and cleaned out the gutters.

We're removing a fireplace and our general contractor recommended contacting our original roofing company in order to remove the chimney and patch the roof. I was skeptical since it wasn't a huge job and needed to be done quickly, but I contacted Plank and they were more than accommodating. They sent a team over in the next day or two and had it done in no time at all. They did a great job, quickly and were relatively inexpensive. What more could you ask for? I'd definitely recommend!
