I know...... When is dealing with these places not horrible, but this one takes the cake. I drove a friend to contest a ticket and we we're immediately met with rude, lazy, unhelpful, officers. 2 of the 3 anyway. We had no change for metered marking but luckily the officers told me I could get change 3 blocks down the road. Meter ate 2 of my 4 quarters, leaving 20 mins. By this time friend had been in line for close to 30 minutes and he guessed we we're looking at another hour minimum, so we left. Again leaving we had to pass the officers, who were now smirking and making slick comments loud enough to make sure we heard. Apologize for the novel but I think anyone having to come here should prepare ahead mentally, and the slightest chance of a superior officer reading this who gives a  damn makes it worth it. Last thing: again I say all this after expecting a miserable time. Hope this helps someone debating going here in person vs mailing in a ticket.

This people are as an UNPROFESSIONAL  as they come. They drop phone calls when it gets close to closing time even if its already your turn and there is still 30 minutes to go. This place has NO respect for people of Fresno, just a few ghetto thugs running the court house. What a shame! No wonder young people don't come back to this town.

Horrible! Line moves super slow. Always two person at the window serving over 100 people per day

Bring change for the meter. 10 people ahead of me and it's taking almost an hour.
