If you have to deal with a bank teller, no problem. Unless they're busy. Then you'll be waiting since there never seems to be many tellers.
If you need to actually sit down with someone, prepare to wait a long time. No one ever seems to be available. I had to start dealing with another, more competent branch further away.

Convenient bank location when I need to stop at the drive thru atm.   The traffic flow in the lot is a bit odd though.

They never call you back. I needed to know if something important could be fixed and i told them I was already dissatisfied with M&T period, they promised me they would call back. Well I never got a call back, and it's going on several days.
