Hudson City is a fairly annoying bank to deal with. While I like the idea of  banking with a small, local institution, every interaction or transaction done with them takes an exceedingly long time: from making a simple deposit in person, to activating an atm card, to waiting for larger sums of money to be deposited in one's account. Moreover, simple interactions that most other financial institutions can take care of over the phone, require paperwork and a signature. They may be trying to protect their customers, but they are also inconveniencing them and being disrespectful of their time.
