Neither friendly nor pleasant.  Six staff doing the work of two.  Tellers don't have answers to basic questions, and when referred to three staff on desks, none seemed interested in acknowledging much less helping.  First guy was "mortgage" and had no answers nor clue where to go for answers.  Second, Helen Beaman, appeared too busy on personal phone call to care much.  Third person was actually working with customers. Keep her.  There's too many banks on the Island to have a branch like this with such poor service.

WORST BANK EVER. I cashed a 1,000 dollar check and they gave me 20 dollars too much. they then overdrafted my account without telling me and all of a sudden im in collections. SCREW THIS BANK. go to cornerstone, customer service is way better. I called there collections department and the guys exact words to me were "your beat" I HATE THIS BANK.
