I have a 5x5 at this place. It runs me $44 a month. I went here because of the close location and the fact that it is very secure. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap place to store a few items for a while. In my case I had to get a storage unit or not have the ability to park my motorcycle in the garage. The parking lot is a bit run down but the units are great. The person I signed paperwork with was very friendly.
 UPDATE: Since my last review this place has updated the parking lot. It looks much better now!

I love this place. Been a tenant for over a year. They are nothing, but courteous and kind. They know me by vehicle and name. I would recommend to anyone. I rent a small unit for $45 mth. Well kept and looked after.
