Was quoted a decent price for paint job on a couple of cars they finished both ahead of schedule and now I know why... Looks as though a couple of 3rd graders with spray paint did the job..Overspray all over the place that they ( she ) would not own up to... Terrible terrible service, I wonder do all the auto body shop flunkies get hired by Maaco? Would never patronize this business ever again... Actually it's an insult to compare any 3rd grader to their staff of preppers and painters... They should be ashamed of the product they turn out... If I could rate at ZERO stars I definitely would...

I mentioned that I've had trouble before with excessive paint chipping on any non-factory paint job and requested that she point me towards whichever package would hold up as well as a factory job and selected/paid for the package she recommended. When the car was returned (a day early ahead of bad weather they wanted to close for) I didn't notice any problems. After driving the car home, I noticed one of the running lights was missing and they had paper taped inside the void which they had painted over. When I called, she first told me it came in without a running light. I disagreed and asked her to please just check to see if it was laying around the shop anywhere. She rudely and impatiently indicated that I didn't note it on the inspection paperwork they asked me to sign (before allowing me to inspect it ... red flag!). I mentioned the paper, and that it wasn't listed as missing on the pre-paint inspection she completed and signed the day I dropped it off. I asked her to please just check the shop and let me know. I never received a call back. I was out of town for the following weeks and so the car stayed in the garage and the issue was dropped. After I returned, I had limited time to have the vehicle inspected for license renewal so ordered a replacement and had it installed. I drove the car to the shop, to work and home. The next time I approached the vehicle, I noticed several 1+ inch holes in the paint in the middle of the bumper (new aftermarket bumper) and ragged missing paint in 10+ all around the grill. Less than 100 miles on that paint and the very thin paint was simply blowing off the car with lose edges where it was ready to continue peeling. I returned to the shop and showed her the bumper. She claimed it was overspray from being prepped (which someone had been peeling as it was not how I had brought it in. She implied that I should understand that prepping would be a problem and so they weren't responsible. I told her she only noted the runs which they did address by sanding them off. I disagreed. I said they as the experts should have properly addressed the issue and or advised me as such prior to wasting my money painting a bumper they claimed was not going to hold paint, and further, the majority of the bumper was bare including the area with large peeling holes. I told her I was through arguing, asked point blank if they were going to take any responsibility and honor the guaranteed paint job I paid for. She said it wasn't covered. The shop I took the car to indicated that they had not cleaned and prepared the bumper prior to painting and their work was unprofessional. She was awful. Their customer service was awful. Their work was awful. You will get less than you pay for despite a warranty. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to throw your money (and parts) away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. IMO, DO NOT PATRON THIS UNETHICAL POORLY RUN BUSINESS. The owner is abrasive and dishonest. The work done was extremely sub par and is still not fixed properly and the owner is completely unapologetic about it. Corporate was less than helpful as it is the franchise owner's word against mine. I refuse to take my vehicle back to her, as I DO NOT TRUST HER.

quoted $350 to paint hood and bumper. Went to pay and they upcharged 20% over their quote. Sublet, Enviormental, materials, supplies. When you ask for a price you expect that to be the price barring tax which we all know is about 8% every where. Here they just load on the upcharges. Be prepared to pay more than what they quote you. Very dissatisfied.
