Paint job was done well and the price was reasonable, considering my car is 12 years old. However, the masking job, especially around the front and rear window trim, was terrible. It appears the masker was in a big hurry to get the job done or just didn't give a damn. If I had known the masking job would have been so bad, I would have masked the trim on the entire car myself.

Customer service was awesome! They were friendly, ready to help me, and willing to explain the detailed paperwork. The prices were way cheaper than another place that I received an estimate from. Also they did a great job with fixing the dents on my car in only a few days.

I’ve been to the Pleasantburg Maco twice and worked with 2 different people. Both times were for paint repair after scratching the door or fender. They were very nice, helpful, and easy-going people. Both people took the time to show us the different financial options depending on what imperfections we did or did not care about.

Extremely satisfied with the prompt servicing of my car. Customer care service is excellent. Amounts charged are reasonable.
MR. LUKE who estimated the service costs is very friendly and listened to all my queries patiently. Dropped my car for service on Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday evening. The dents are gone. Great work !! Wish I could give more stars.
Will recommend MAACO to my friends. Keep up the good work !!

Awesome service.  I was skeptical when they were the only body shop that quoted me to repair a panel instead of replace it, but they did an excellent job and it's nearly perfect.  Highly recommend this shop.  Was perfect for my 2005 wagon.
