These guys are AWESOME!! After having gotten estimates for hundreds of dollars to have my spoiler repaired on my Toyota, I took it to Maaco on West Broad. If it wasn't for Jacob, I would've been out hundreds of dollars!!! They saved me a ton of money and time!! If I ever need auto body repair again, hands down I'm going back to them!! I highly recommend this location!!!

This location goes to show that not all Maacos are the same. Had a bad taste in my mouth from Staples mill location and tried my luck else where. Nothing was in my budget till I met Nick. Customer service was above and beyond excellent!. This man even bought us a drink with his own money without even knowing my plans to leave the car. Also helped me get my things out the car and joked around with my son because he loves his cars. Since then he won't stop talking about the shop and how he is going to get older and work there. As far as the work he was honest about everything and upfront on what to expect. Honestly though, the quality of work well exceeded the expected delivery. I am astonished with my new "2017 vehicle". I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!!! They earned a lifetime customer and hopefully a new employee in 3 years :) (my Son)

Maaco paint and body shop is an excellent facility to get your car's paint it repaired dings repair Nick is one of the managers at the location on West Broad Street in Richmond Virginia I enjoy the great customer service and they handle all of the work for cars unlimited I appreciate the service and they deliver it every time thank you so much James Nichols

Nick stayed late on a Friday night to complete the work on our car. He was committed to getting the job done right and ensuring we were satisfied with the work. They were able to fix the bad paint job that Honda refused to.

My husband and I shared a wonderful experience with West Broad Macco. Excellent customer service. Staff were friendly. Rick was there for us and he reached out to us every step of the way. The did a very good job restoring our 2014 Toyota Camry.  Thanks guys.
