love them bought a few dresses there they altered my dress and did my henna . wonderful place

Be careful while purchasing anything from Manya/Naina/Arne. Its all the same shop,. They dont offer exchange or refund, even if there is manufacturing defect found AFTER payment is made! 
When I visited, they had limited stock, felt majority of the dresses have undergone many trials by the visiting customers. 
Bought a salvar for $110, they agreed to stitch the hand(sleeve) free. 
(They charge 3% extra for credit card swipes and were trying to enter my credit card details to their mobile phone application..they don't have a card swiping machine as of now)
They did the hand sleeve stitching without taking the measurement and ended up too tight and couldn't put hand in. We pointed out this flaw at the shop itself. After hesitating,  they did re-work on it. When i got it back, the hand part was torn and the salvar is no more usable. I asked about it politely, the owner was arguing with me in high pitch and justifying everything they did..!! I heard her telling she didn't FORCE me to buy the salvar from them ! 
My bad.. 
Money lost is ok..errors can happen to anyone...but more paining was their attitude towards a customer and hearing the justification.
Felt, the owner thinks that she is running a shop in Mumbai streets, and behaved the same like a street shopper to me, after I pointing out the issue
