I love going to Cecil's shoppe. He's incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and very willing to hand-craft jewelry for those looking for a unique piece, and his prices are amazing. Whenever I'm looking for a gift for a friend/relative or feeling like I need something new and different, I always find myself in his shoppe. I just cannot say enough good things about him and/or his business.
