I have had two interactions with these guys, the first time with a Laptop problem that they said they resolved and then the issue persisted and I had to take it to an Apple Store to get properly repaired. 

I then had second problem with a Power adapter which was under warranty and they weren't interested at all to look at it, even though they are an Apple Authorized repair facility.

My advice is to go straight to Apple, it appears that these guys have a lack of repair knowledge and interest.

I took my older laptop in that had some "issues" and the same day the work was completed. Josh on the front end and Cory upstairs took care of my computer and I'm very pleased with how it performs. Thank you!

These people consistently offer the highest quality of customer service, e.g.  greeting you quickly upon arrival, & going the extra mile to be sure you leave satisfied!!   The  techs are highly knowledgeable & efficiently handled  troubleshooting my computer (& my IPhone & my IPAD) - - included  a tutorial and  got me back in business.  These people have earned my trust, business and respect.
