Years ago my mum had Mac Renos do her kitchen and bathroom and they did a wicked job for her,so we knew they were good before we had them do ours. We had them do basically our whole house upstairs and down. They did an amazing job. They kept to the schedule they gave us and budget too. Whenever we had a concern their response time was immediate. Ed was always available and on site making sure everything was moving along. Even with them being as busy as they were they always had time to make sure everything was going well. All their trades people were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our renovations. We love our new renovated home....

As long time residents of Victoria my wife and I choose Mac Renovations  Ltd. to carry out renovations for us because we were familiar with their excellent reputation.  In 2017 they carried out major renovations both to our kitchen and to our main bathroom.  I'm pleased to report Mac Renovations staff were friendly, efficient professionals and did  great job for us.  They listened to our specific requests and delivered a first rate product.  In fact 2 months after the work was completed my wife and I still regularly comment to each other how much we love Blaise and Azu's design.

As our move was from Vancouver to Victoria, home renovation became more challenging since we would still be living in Vancouver while our newly purchased house would be undergoing renovations in Victoria. Our life was made much easier thanks to the outstanding MAC Renovations team. Customer service, communication and craftsmanship were all excellent. From Vancouver, we were able to see the progress of the renovations by the photos posted on the MAC website, so I only went over for a site visit every 2-3 weeks. When an unexpected disaster occurred -- the new LED lights and the dimmer switches created an annoying hum -- the MAC team went back to the vendor and reinstalled new LED lights which were quiet. We will definitely recommend MAC to our friends.

I can not recommend Mac Renos any higher.  We had them come and replace 2000 sq. feet of bamboo floors with oak.  The job was on a strict timeline as we have small children and were going to be out of town for two weeks.  Mac Renos took exceptional care of us!  They took on our job as a mission and completed everything within 3 weeks of our initial meeting. The work was done with the highest professionalism.  Their customer service is exceptional - every detail is accounted for, every question answered, and the quality of their work is of the highest standard.  5 stars!

We have used MAC Renovations for previous projects and have been extremely happy with their communication, project management and choice of contractors.  Everyone who came to our home was skilled,  considerate, and pleasant to have around.  The project timeline was adhered to closely and any problems that cropped up were dealt with in a very timely fashion to keep things on track.  I am very happy to recommend them to others want a job done with expertise and honesty.
