Great Location, not such a great mechanic in my recent experience. 
Purchased used 2 stroke outboard. "Perfect Condition" Got it home and stranded next night on the water. 
Prop shaft seal needed replacing - after being told was fine and fluid recently changed. Carb needed cleaning as well. 
Took it back - waited another week to get my "perfect condition" motor back only to have it fail a month later. 

If this was a  private sale..expected, but coming from a Marina...I was very disappointed.
