We rented 3 condos last month, and just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated your service. These units were well equipped and worked out very nice. We had such a large group which you were able to accommodate quite well. Looking forward to visiting again.

Our family stayed in these condos 10 years ago and loved it then. Not much has changed. First off, the price can't be beat.....we rented a 3 bedroom, one bath with a full basement (that includes a washer and dryer) for under $70 a day!!! Here's what is so great about this place vs. a hotel or cabin. I am going to guess there is about 1000 sq. feet of living space....full kitchen that INCLUDES all dishes, frig...so on. Plenty of parking, on site manager, full front and back yard. It includes, linens, towels, maid service, and newly installed WIFI. What we liked about this location is we were able to do day trips to various places in the UP and come 'home' to everything we needed. It's also very quite at night. The only downside was no central air. Our trip was cut short due to a work obligation, and they had no problem changing our stay....nor did they charge us extra. Both Scott and Rich are so nice. They allowed us to host a Family Reunion while staying here. We had a wonderful time staying here and will come back the next time we are in the UP.

Excellent management! friendly, honest and hard working. Rent is low but the value for that rent amount is very high.

Rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. They are horrible to rent from. At first the guy Scott seem really nice, but really is an a&& and other guy Rich is dry and rude . There is a unit of ladies that live together and one is older and became handicap to where she would need a railing and Scott refused to put one in stating that it cost too much. A neighbor did it for under $30 that was including paint and it looked really nice. They rent to alcoholics and drug users and people who let there children run wild. They will say things are okay but then get mad about it. For example allow you to have tramoline, but then tell you the following year that it is not allowed to be put up. Why is it so different the following year?? Heaven forbid you have an animal. Once my cat got loose and the maintance people felt threatened by my cat (who is declawed). I have heard neighbors horrior stories about having dogs. My advice unless you are absolutely despirate, live somewhere else. Matter of fact I would stay completely off of hte KI-Sawyer base. It is a jacked up community with a ton of drugs and wacked out people. Good Luck!
