This park was a cemetery and there are still bodies buried there. The govt hasn't bothered  to put up a memorial or even publicly list who was and who is still buried there.

Pretty park, very relaxing, with a lot of dog walkers and dogs in off leash play. No facilities other than benches to speak of, though. No playground equipment for kids (which makes it quieter if that is what you are looking for). If you are looking for a kids park, there is one a couple of blocks up Clarence Street (sort of to the west), next to the community pool (Patro d'Ottawa I think)

Snobby people.  All gave me attitude.  From the point i pulled out my needle to the moment i woke up and stumbled home. Overall apart from loosing my syringe it was good trip but poor atmosphere.

Neglected, Poor maintenance, no fences, access to major streets on both sides ( highly dangerous for your reactive rovers).

Beautiful park. I've spend many an hour here relaxing, enjoying the quiet and scenery, flying a kite or tobogganing in the winter.
