I've always found them to be very helpful.

Convenient hardware store for local resident who want to get some things quickly and don't want to travel afar.

Employees were very rude and didn't seem to want to help in any way.

This is a small store but they've got almost anything you'd need for a fixup project. The folks there are always helpful and can be creative when I've had a challenging problem. I'll got out of my way to go here instead of a big retailer, the prices aren't too different and the service is MUCH BETTER.

Each time I have gone in MacKay's I find the employees to be rude and condescending.
