*Dr. Rosenberg was not involved in anyway!!! If he were actually there, he would dismiss all of this and see me!! Our family has been going to him for years.* The financial dpt manager of this establishment is absolutely horrific. Right off the bat, she had an attitude with me about my situation and was so disrespectful and nasty. I don't know HOW she is "In charge" of this office that USED to be so wonderful. VERY sad.

Ive been going here since i was 10 im 20 years old and still choose to come here on my own. They treat everyone amazing , they put there 100% into helping you .

It astonishes me that this office is still in business. I mean based on the wait times its clear that they could use a few extra employees. Or perhaps the current employs aren't cut for the job. Regardless I have never had a good visit here. I'm simple to please. I don't need the best physician  in the country but also don't need one who's Googleing my symptoms due to their lack of experience. 

About a year or 2 ago they allowed walk-ins and the wait time was sooo long that 1 time they forgot me in the room for 3 hours. Now a days they don't accept walk-ins anymore but the wait time haven't changed. That just looks bad. 

I recently made some phone calls to their office and was on hold for 25 minutes or longer every time I called. How in the world is this possible? I have a business and understand the complications of being very busy but I go out and employ more people in order to keep the customers pleased. 

I never would have saw myself writing a bad review to my doctors office but this is just pathetic. 

I really hope they pull it together because I know I'm not the Only individual experiencing these issues.

The ladies were extremely nice and caring. I started to have a panic attack over possibility of having pneumonia and they jumped right in made me feel comfortable and offered me things to help keep me calm. Doctors are very through and took every measure to make sure all basis were covered before making the decision. Thank you!!!

The staff is very inviting and the doctors eventually start to feel like friends....you get a sense of genuine concern from everyone you deal with the moment you sign in...Dr.Lieberman is the whip!!
