I love this store. The staff is very helpful and treat me like royalty. I have made numerous purchases through Macy's furniture Novato and referred all of my friends here. I shocked at the previous reviews, I have had the most pleasant experiences with Macy's Furniture and Macy's the company as a whole. Jeff is the best sales person there and has always attended to all my needs.

Macys furniture showroom is wonderful. Worked with decorator and purchased sofas. Everything as promised.
