Understaffed and woefully unprofessional. I had to wait over an hour to just pick up a gift that was ordered online. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed she was too busy to manage the issue. I placed my order to be picked up here in error. And will absolutely never make that mistake again.

They offer many coupons, but they don't seem to Be available when you try to use them...lots of exclusions. They seem to be gimmicks to draw you in as a shopper. I don't have confidence in their coupons. Leaves with you a bad taste in your mouth.

Just wonderful, Dawn at men's department was just wonderful she was willig to go and find the right shos sizes without hesitation and answer all our questions.

Macy's.....horrible customer service from some of the cashier... Macy's employees should treat their customers better. No wonder this mall is always empty.
