I feel bad for the employee's that are being stretched so thin. They were getting hammered from every direction . Every other phrase was I'm sorry. An apology that could have been very easily avoided simply by  staffing appropriately for the season.

It's an awesome experience to shop at Macy's.  The sales associates really have a professional service with knowledge on what Macy's offer with its excellent quality on its products for the customers.  Two thumps up !!

The staff at Macys of fairfield no not staff these people were friends...very kind caring and efficent. Everyone of them went out of there way to make sure i was properly taken care of...great experience all around

We waited 25 min for help in the watch Dept! Finally got the attention of a sales person who called someone over which took another 10min! They need different sales help! We were the only ppl waiting aside from the same ppl being helped while we were there!
