They have A lot of items not available, I purchased over $550.00 of perfumes that came with a gift and the young lady there was attempting not to give me the gift that went with each item! I asked for samples, she said ok, then acted as though she was checking on something and never gave them to me. I had to keep asking her for my gifts I was supposed to get 5 gift bags she tried to give me only 3, and I quickly said you forgot two, then she tried to give me a bag that wasn't for my item! I said no way I want the right bag, then she went and get it. But I had to keep telling her over and over. She made me forget about the samples.

Even though this is a really old Macy's it has a lot of character. The registers we're in weird spots of the store, I didn't really know where to check out at. 

However they had some really awesome sales and alot of clothing.

The customer service here was fantastic. There was a little mishaps with my order but Gloria Conner and the manager were tremendously helpful in finding faster way to resolve the shipping problem. I always come here when I visit OH because this place is as comfortable as a home. The sales associates are remarkable.
