Enjoy Macy's so much, you have everything I need or want. The best is I get my makeup there, the Lady that helps me is Noreen. She is without a doubt THE BEST LADY into Macy's. I highly recommend her to my family friends and others. She knows what to do how to help me find whatever I need. She is AWESOME. HANG ON TO HER! Thanks for listening!

Like the review below mentions. Terrible customer service and attitude. I wanted older bottles of a cologne because new ones are reformulated and i can tell from the box. When i asked an older lady for help and told her i want to buy a cologne, if its a older bottle , she turned crabby. I bought two bottles and she was still grumpy. Seriously? like she was doing me a favor. Most other times i have bought colognes, the reps have been wonderful and many have offered suggestions on other colognes. Worst shopping experience.

The staff are very nice and approachable...its a friendly enviroment with great deals and great clothes
