I have shopped here when in Boston for business. Today the store was a disaster area! Clothes were strewn on the floor, displays were just piles of clothes in disarray....no order to the disorder.  Is the store closing? Does Macy's management not care how the store appears to customers? Would not come back here! It is a mess!!!

Have an online pick up. However, I waited here for 30 mins, no customer service here! Called Macy's store manager, nobody answered the phone. This store seems not managed by anybody. Macy's bankruptcy is just a matter of time!

Wanted to exchange a watch since the watch had problems. Couldn't do it here or another store and only one or two stores carri do the the watch I wanted. Ended up going to a third Macy's to return the damn watch. Macy's has lost business and I will longer bother to shop here.

i bought a shoe from square mall. but they dont have 9 number so i bought 9.5, but its not comfortable .so i went galariya mall, ladis shoe section time about 12.00pm too 12.30pm cashier say company law was change we do not return even exchange. 
so i went to sagus mall they dont ask anything .they just return my money

This Macys is a cut above the "normal" dept. Store.🏆👍😀 The prices are actually very competitive, 🔊👂👄 that it's not the "hoity toity", high end N.Y. store, that most people associate with..💲📈, no, it's just the right mix of great stuff @ a good price, 😊 & usually on sale 😁🆕&🆒 things to make you look good & improve the quality of ones life.😋💕👊💃👫..who wouldn't want that.? 😀Me, for one..💯%. I happen to stop in today (after a great 30 minute teeth cleaning :@ Forsyte Dential, right down the St.) I was literally given the "royal" treatment & was personally introduced by the amazingly "effervescent" store manager, "Jessica"👰..this girl was like, this is "my store"& your the most important person in the store & introduced me as if it was her "privilege to parade me around..like l  had just won a contest for a "private showing".! 🚹😌 I'm in the clique now, Jess hooked me up with all the main players in the show ☺💟🆗📱👀💨👂👄♣❗🌟🙏👆💪👍❎🎱🏆🎸s,💯%
