Great store, they have almost every thing you would need at great prices, service is excellent.

The selection of home goods and kitchen wares is pretty good and they carry good quality brands. If you mix a sale with a coupon you can find an adequate deal. The clothing department is definitely not plus size friendly so I can't shop there for clothes.

Bought two full three piece Travelodge luggage and per the sales woman if I opened a Macy's Amex I'd get an additional 20 % discount that was $260.00 When the bill came there was no discount ad she advised would be. So I called customer service in India and was advised no such discount exsisted. 
Now my wife is mad at Macy's I paid the bill and closed the account as I never really wanted it..
So beware of STAFF LYING TO you.
We won't go back ourselves.

Awful, awful, awful. My brother gave me a gift card to Destination Maternity for Christmas because he knows I can't afford new clothes and I am 28 weeks pregnant and had nothing to wear for Christmas. I drove 40 minutes each way to this location, went to the mall customer service area to confirm I had the right place...they told me Destination Maternity was in Macy's. I went upstairs and found it; everything was crazy expensive, but I found an outfit I really loved for three cents under what was on the gift card after browsing the tiny maternity area for an hour. I went to pay for it and was then told that they don't accept the Destination Maternity gift cards there. I asked to speak to a manager, who was totally unsympathetic, and told me I would need a Macy's gift card and there was nothing she could or would do. I left in tears, after having wasted over two hours on the whole endeavor, and I STILL have nothing to wear for Christmas. Thanks a lot.
