I went in looking for a new blazer to wear to an upcoming interview, and found a white blazer that I loved (on Sunday, 9/11/17). We were not able to find the tag that went with it, so my husband took the item to the counter. The sales associate (Carla) was also unable to find the tag or the item in the system. The very sweet woman spent the next 15 minutes of her time digging through the system with her manager to find the price of the product and ring us up. Carla was kind and patient the entire time. It was some of the best customer service I have experienced.

Worst service. Would not recommend the store. Unfriendly and not at all helpful. Worst place for returns as well. No wonder they are closing down Macy's stores nationwide.

I received an online order that had been packed and shipped from this location.  It arrived broken.  After inspecting the packaging, I found it packed so poorly, there was absolutely no chance the item would've arrived intact.   Thanks for a bunch of wasted time, money and product to Macy's of Northpoint in Alpharetta GA.

I had not been to Macy's for a few years, but decided to go back for the 4th of July sale. I will now be a frequent shopper. They seem really in touch with what people want, including offering a stylist service by appointment. The merchandise is fairly priced and runs from mid-end to low-high end. Everything is good quality and fashionable without being overly trendy. Most of all, I was impressed by the service. One person (an East Indian-looking man) was roaming the store finding people who had waited in line a while at a register, carried their purchases to another register, and rang them up there. A lady in the women's fashions kept trying every combination of coupons/new card features etc. to get me the best buy on a dress I wanted but couldn't afford at full price. There is now a Lohmann's type "last call" area as well that is a lot of fun with rock bottom prices on name brand merchandise. Having used 
Amazon or shopped around in the malls, I will now be using Macy's and Macy's online, since I can sort by my favorite brands and know there will be good choices at a good price.
