Macy's isn't just a New York anymore. They have spread out across the country. But they don't have big balloons and parades everywhere. If you're looking for a great place to buy clothes, and other items, Macy's is a good place to try. They have a wide selection and the prices are reasonable.

This company does not care about its employees. Time, and time again they prove that their bottom line comes before people and the livelihood of those that work for them. If I could I would give them 0 stars. They are slowly crumbling within, do not show them any support with your dollar, in my opinion there are numerous other retailers out there that support and care about people and not just their bottom line.

Oh my goodness, fabulous experience; Lydia gave the best customer service ever. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! If you’re in the juniors dept find Lydia, she knew everything I needed to know upstairs and down!!!

This store has been a nightmare. The upper associate that I was transfered to was a very angry person. I have a coupon for 20 percent off any order from Nov 8th through Dec 31 2017 the Web site would not take so after being on hold for 4 hours did not get through. Next morning called again and no one could help me. GOING OUT OF BUSINESS YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW. I WILL CONTAINED TO SPREAD THE WORD ALSO WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB IN REQUIRES TO FALSE ADVERTISING. GOING TO HAVE SOME PROBLEMS ON YOUR HANDS. MAYBE MY LAWYER WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN ON THIS? VERY DISAPPOINTED ( OLD SHOPPER) NEVER NEVER AGAIN HOPE YOU ALL GO DOWN HARD
