This is my favorite Macy's location. The selection is wonderful, no one chases you trying to make a sale, and it's always clean and organized. The furniture store upstairs was an unexpected surprise and I actually bought a table (that I was not looking for). The ladies at the cosmetics counter are great and never too aggressive. There are great sales weekly so I try to make this my first stop when shopping.

Just walked out since no one in the shoe department would acknowledge me.  Oh well ... why Amazon is winning!

This store does not know how to correctly use security sensors on their clothes. Twice I have bought a shirt with a hole in the back where the sensors once was. First time they were beyond helpful to replace. Second time not so much. Organization could be better, staff is subpar

Very bad customer service, I don’t recommend this store to anyone. I gave it one star because there is no option for 0.

Waited very long time for clerk in shoe dept. Never enough employees. Did get some terrific buys though.
