Horrible customer service.waited 20 minutes at the perfume counter 2 associates walked by said somebody was on way .had to leave was w my toddler .never anyone to help you each station is vacant Only gave it 2 stars cuz one of the associate s apologized for their lack of help .no wonder this corporation is not doing well .

Horrible, I went in for 3 pairs of sneakers and every pair the cashier said these are far to go find as she waits on everyone else, finally only one pair she said she could find in my size, so I went back to get two more pairs, same thing. A third pair I picked out she waited on two other people and told me that pair was far I will have to wait. 30 minutes we waited, finally I just said just cash me out.

Quite the array of rude employees here. Makes me want to do all my shopping online. They should get customer service training from the other stores!
