I'm leaving a five star review for Jody, a lady in the upstairs junior's area. She is extremely kind and helpful. Macy's in beyond fortunate to have her, I sure hope she is appreciated.

I had a very nice experience today. A young lady named Minda, at the mens fragrance kiosk, noticing how tired I was, when I stopped to ask her how to find the Clinique kiosk, helped me so much. She helped me sit down, then took my list there and made my purchases. She was there and back in the time it would take me just to get there. She deserves a raise!

Terrible experience. Anorexic selection of products. Customer service- friendly, but made me wait 30-45 minutes on her and the manager trying to find a display item price for me that didn't have a UPC code. They were rendered completely helpless without the code and unable to find it after my long wait, and acted surprised that I didn't want to wait longer while the continue walking back to the stockroom. Kinda ruined the Christmas afternoon energy.

It was amazing, I went with a friend looking for new purses. The lady went out of her way to find 3 really good purses on sale for 40-60 % off and wallets. We both got purses that we love at a great price. I don't remember her name but we were there today around 4pm. She made our shopping experience so easy and enjoyable.

Won't return item with Tag detached. I have been shopping at Macy's for 10 years and never had any issue until last month when I tried to return a shirt after a week of purchase, never worn. According to the cashier, if the price tag is detached, even if you have the tag with you and shirt's manufacturer's tag and stickers were still on the shirt , item is not eligible for return. After arguing for some time, she took it back and was very rood. I would hate to see Macy's go down like JC Penny because of these stupid policies. I have decided not to shop there again. I already close my Macy's card as well.
