I have got to put it out there. Do not buy a bed or anything for that matter from these idiots!!! We were supposed to get delivery for a bed this morning between 815 and 1015. Waited until 1 to call then was on hold for 30 minutes.. when Jennifer answered we were told it was pulled off the delivery and the drivers were already done for the day. I asked why it was pulled off since we used a credit card with 20,000$ open on it and she said there were no notes in the system or anything on why. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said they would tell me the same thing because of no notes so my daughter still has no bed because of these incompetent and inconsiderate people at Macy's in greenfield mall -

Me and my fellow bestfriend were navigating the store and out of no where the bottom door to head into the mall shut quickly with no warning. It was extremely rude of them to do that with no warning. Then we head upstairs to go out to the mall and the lady saw us and closed the door and yelled "you can exit through the side doors towars the parking lot." Very rude of Macys workers to do this with no advance warning. Never going to shop here again!

They tried to accommodate my return, but it took about 30 min. to get the full refund. Otherwise, clean with nice staff.
