Excellent customer service! Rita, the associate in linens took time to show me products that I was interested in. When one particular item I wanted was not there she checked inventory at other stores and located what I wanted in addition to the items I found in her Department. Then she offered me opportunity to try Amex credit card application. And offered to help with phone orders, amazing customer service.

Horrible location you can never find some to help you and when you do they know absolutely nothing about the products. They lady in makeup section completely blew off my wife I'm not sure it was because she looked at my wife's wheelchair funny and blew her off just disgusting. Who ever dresses your manicans needs to learn how to coordinate probably.

This Macy's is much nicer than the other one's in DFW I have been to. My online order was ready in 15 minutes as well. I am much more satisfied with my experience at this location compared to the Northeast mall location.

THE NEW BACKSTAGE IS CHEAP AND GHETTO! TOO MANY PEOPLE STAND IN THE LINE ON THE MACY'S SIDE ARGUING ABOUT COUPONS. MOST THINGS ARE REASONABLY PRICED. WAL-MART'S PRICES ARE HIGH FOR QUALITY AND OFFBRAND. MOSTLY MINORITIES COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PRICES HERE.THEY WILL CLOSE AND THEN WHERE WILL U SHOP!
