My experience  with macys women's was amazing me and my boyfriend came for free facials from origins and was greeted by Casey who was very accommodating, customer friendly and knowledgeable about her job. We will definitely be coming back to buy more origin organic products. Our skin is so clear and glowing.

Terrible, rude service. Never have been in a situation before when buying a 400$ dress where they will not check to see if a dressing room is available and yelled at my boyfriend for waiting by the opening but did not have a seating/waiting area for male customers. No wonder Macy’s is closing and Lakeside mall is going downhill...
