Went in for some holiday shopping 2 days before Christmas and the experience was pretty good considering how crazy busy it was. The ladies on the perfume counter were really helpful and efficient at their jobs. They even did some gift wrapping for me. Moved to a different dept and once again received fast service even though the line was extremely long. The only thing that is annoying it's not being able to use the coupons i get on the things I buy the most like jewelry but now and then they have excellent deals.

The store layout is fairly easy to figure out for ones self. They had tons of items in departments all around with prices slashed up to 50% off. I was helped out. Employees here are helpful and make great suggestions to get your shopping done in less time. I do recommend this location and store to everyone. Please be sure to stop by and check it out for yourself.

I love Macy's! They have very nice clothes and household items, all of great quality.  Their sales staff are all super nice. Plus they always have great sales. It's the one of the few stores my teen son will actually spend time shopping in.

Been coming to this Macy's for about 20 years (maybe even before they had their merge). Friendly employees that I have gotten to know over the years. Despite the fact that I have other Macy's locations closer to my home, I still would rather drive a few miles out of my way for this location.

I love the quality of the clothing here. I have never been unhappy with any of my purchases. Their sales are amazing. The staff could use a refresher course in good old fashioned customer service. I am giving this review after about a dozen visits over 7-8 months. It held true then & after my visit today, it is still accurate. It's lack of customer service that is driving so many people to the internet for their purchases. The internet can be slow sometimes but it never gives you attitude!
