When would Macy's come to India. A complete store for all clothing's for everyone. It's massive and well planned. Visibility is emaculate. Superb staff..very helpful and courteous. The brands and the range is beyond imagintion. The deals are also amazing if you happen to be there in some special occasion like thanks giving etc you are going to be mad by the deals ...you practically bye everything for nothing....

Aventura Mall Macy's is beautiful but beware there are 2 Macy's in the mall. One for men & one for women, plus all other items are split. I found an amazing Vince Camuto cocktail dress for an upcoming wedding invitation. Side note, in Miami almost all clerks speak Spanish😫

Big department store where you can find a big sort of products. Employees don't approach you trying to sell anything, so this is a good point. This store is too big, so take care to not get lost in there.

Doesn't even deserve a Star, the Fashion Fair Cashier, 3/11/18.. I saw her doing a facial when I got there so I patiently waited for 30 minutes or more. When she finally decided to assist me..she tried to sell me the wrong product. So unprofessional, talking so long and even order breakfast and look like she was in a hurry to go eat. So when is the customer not important again? Remember if we don't go ur business will go down. Bad customer service. Horrible. I bought my product at Clinique becauae the lady wanted to serve me. Thanks Clinique.

Very nice department store in the Aventura Mall. They have great clothes, prices that are comparable to other department stores and lots of stock. Unfortunately they are considerably understaffed. Not sure if there is a budget cut or what is going on, since it is an extremely busy store and it being understaffed takes away from the shoppers' experience.
