Judging solely by the interior and displays, I would say this Macy's is closer to a 2 star but I have to admit that one sales representative convinced me otherwise. The displays are pretty unorganized, but it's a typical Macy's with a wide selection of items. The prices seemed a little high to me, but it is a retailer so of course everything seemed to be on sale. But one person I spoke with was very helpful and found an item I was looking for that I couldn't find myself. I thought it was too expensive but she looked it up and say it was 50% off. While, nice, neat, organized retailers are great I'd rather have someone helpful and nice there, which is why I gave this a higher review.

Good place to shop for household items and clothes. Brand names and good prices. Parking structure on the west side. Difficult to find parking on Saturdays because of the Farmers Market

We can order it for you? After looking for help in men’s for 15 min? Yeah I can order it too. Just needed a turtleneck. Any turtleneck. But they sold out on the weekend and didn’t think to reorder. Death of retail.

Long and slow queues at the cashier and on the returns sections. Collections not as new compared to Stanford mall. Parking limited now due to construction work. As the parking lots are closer to SUnnyvale downtown it fills up quickly especially during restaurant hours.

Huge Macy’s outlet with many sections. The ground floor has a men’s section, women’s section and a separate section for perfumes and cosmetics. The top floor has some goods like kitchen stuff, bed spreads, comforts. Also noticed handbags. The dress collection is good but not the best you can find. Decent Macy’s outlet overall!
