I love shopping here. Staff is very friendly and they'll go above and beyond for you. Even if they get rude customers they'll give you the best attention possible. Cut them some slack, retail isn't like before and sometimes smaller stores have less staff due to the fact that everyone shops online. So, everyone there's trying their best. I love coming here always!

I'll be sure to never spend my money here ever again. I came into the mall to get an Auntie Anne's pretzel and for some retail therapy after putting my dog down. I made the mistake of looking at the Too Faced Makeup and seeing if I could see what the eyeshadow tip sheet said, since I own a similar set by the same company, but one of cosmetic retail people rudely yelled at me from across the way like I was stealing something. Oh, I'm sorry. If I'm not supposed to touch something, maybe you should re-arrange your display instead of being rude and nasty. I'm almost 26 and have been working for the government since I graduated from college, I've never stolen a thing in my life and I don't appreciate being spoken to like a child or a criminal just because I don't look well put together because I'm extremely sad. Whatever though, your loss. Perhaps I'll evem cancel my Macy's card after that.
