Unlike most Macy this location is pitiful. The escalator doesn't work and according to my aunt, it rarely does. There were no sales reps in the cosmetic department that I went to and the second floor was completely disorganized and filthy. And there were no sales reps anywhere in sight. I just left the store without making any purchases. This was a complete waste of my time.

I was helped by a guy working with Mary's today ,I have forgotten his name be really. Impressed me by helping fund everything I was location for even took me to cashier before he left me .He has a very good approach and lady cashier too was good they are good workers

Need extra associates on sale dates at the Crenshaw store. Wait time unusually long and once again the escalator was broken. Associate at jewelry counter very helpful.

Ms.Romo  was extremely pleasant  informative knowledgeable  in fashion as to what would accent the  Evenings wear for Special Event  her department maybe Shoes yet  she gave ideals from face to toes THANKS MS.
