I have been attempting to exchange an item going on two weeks now. The Wellington Mall store was less than helpful, in fact downright rude and uncooperative. After making me jump through all the hoops to exchange a piece of junk that fell apart the first day that I had it, they wouldn’t send the merchandise anywhere other than my billing address. Guess what? UPS has people less capable than Macy’s. So now my merchandise is being returned to Macy’s because the UPS moron can’t read and your people don’t care and I’m the one left screwed. What kind of special idiot sends a package to a residence “ signature required?” More importantly what kind of special idiot doesn’t bother to tell a customer that has already been through the hassle of having to return defective junk that they’re going to pull another stupid stunt to really lengthen the letter to the Better Business Bureau?

These ladies here are rude and not helpful at all. You would have better luck going to another store, even if it means driving farther away. I would give zero stars if I could, such a disappointment.

The sales clerk didn't bother to check and see if an item was on sale. So I went to see online myself and I saved $80 dolars. stores are dying because of that kind of service.

Terrible experience! I've been waiting 30 mins! To find someone to help my son and I look for some shoes in the manshoes department.I feel like they need more employees working and maybe things would go a little faster!
