This review is for Macy's makeup artist Felicia Copeland. I hired Felicia to do my makeup for my wedding day, November 4th 2017. She did an amazing job! She did mom's makeup that day too and my mom looked gorgeous! Felicia worked with my busy schedule and even came to the church So I didn't have to go to the mall after my hair appointment.  Highly recommended!!!

Customer service from everyone I encountered today except the older woman in men's active wear was horrible. Women's shoes, Infants, Charter Club and Lingere sucked long lines, one register and not one smile or warm greeting in the bunch 👎

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. The one cashier said something to me that was very inspiring.

I don't know how the company is closing stores. The sales people are very nice and they have good sales with decent regular prices. This place is very nice and clean as well. I highly recommend this store.
