Went to to perfume counter to make an exchange. The associate behind the counter was wonderful and in great spirits, she was very helpful! Loved my experience, walked away with what I wanted and a smile on my face!

Unacceptable customer service. During one of their MAC cosmetic promotions (07/29/17) they did not practice their due diligence to inform customers that they are only allowing people from one side of the building. My girlfriend and others were waiting inside the mall entrance waiting to be allowed in and when they opened the gate after 10am all the promotional products were gone! MAC, Please do a better job of training your employees and informing your customers.

Ryan was soooooo rude He was also very mean To his employee’s The Young Ladies were very kind and respectful He shouldn’t be doing customer service!! Yes You RYAN !! You work in Children’s& Home section or in charge of it 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 I will shop Macy’s I Love that store But hope I don’t see You there I will be calling Your Boss!
