Macy’s suck generally, and this store is no exception. The store has a disorganized, hectic feeling which is unpleasant for shoppers. The staff is mediocre. The selection is not good at all. Go too one of the other three department stores in the building instead, Nordstrom’s, Bloomingdales, or Saks 5th Avenue.

This Macy’s may profit from the closure of the cityplace location . Diehard Macy shoppers will still come bc of the frequent sales and daily % off text alerts daily on purchases! When surrounded by Bloomingdales and Nordstrom the most frugal choice is Macy’s which still has a good Ralph Lauren department and mid price clothing for the family . It is also one of the few in this chain that still has furniture!

Awful, awful customer service! If I could have given zero stars I would have. They were willing to alienate a 20 year customer who spends a great deal yearly over something that was their fault. Awful

Was looking at the makeup and someone had smeared red lipstick on the table and I didn't see it and I had leaned on the table and got some on my dress. There was product to help remove make up and stuff, such as water, alcohol, brush cleaner, and oil free makeup remover that was available for people trying on makeup, which I was, so I proceeded to use some of that stuff to try and save my dress and an associate walks over and asked what happened and then tells me that people don't usually lean on the table and to stop using the the stuff and walked away. Well, people don't usually smear makeup all over the table and I leaned on the table cause I was getting closer to the mirror trying on makeup, so your rudeness was not needed.
