Terrible experience shopping during holiday season. The store was understaffed with so many customers. I asked for a manager and there was none they were all out for lunch. There was no one to ask for sizes or any other help. We purchased merchandise for over $400 and the guy at the register was extremely rude, Frowning, and very unpleasant. I will never come back to Macy’s store again it’s time they close all their stores.

The suits are on the top floor in a bit of a swanky layout for a department store. Staff is helpful.
