Great staff and my wife absolutely loves the class schedule. It's nice to go to a place where you are made to feel welcome. Especially at a gym. I can't recommend this place enough

Well, I'm amazed at how bad this place has gotten. If you cancel your membership, like I did , get it in writing and put it in a safe spot, because you will be needing it to dispute them when they turn you over to collections. There are too many other great  gyms in the area that will be reaping the benefits of this poor attempt to collect money that's not theirs. Shame on you Mad Dogs!!

I loved Mad Dogs when i went there before, im going back. Ive got to get back into a routine again. I had to stop going for a year, it shows. Soo, here i go again. Lol

Lots of treadmills and other aerobic machine different different classes and plenty of weights and machines, whoever the massage therapist at SPA ME has a magical touch she seems to feel out knots and pressure point to relieve pains that I have just loved with it truly was therapy! The cost is well under anything in this town 10 ⭐
